Winglet Installations

Finnair Technical Services has developed the capability for winglet installations to become the leading installation centre in Europe for 757-200/300 aircraft winglets. Well proven experience is essential in this extensive aircraft wing modification. Good contacts with the winglet supplier Aviation Partners Boeing have been formed to ensure full support of installations together with Finnair Engineering.

Two concurrent assembly lines are available. The option to perform C/CS checks or other maintenance simultaneously helps to utilize the aircraft downtime effectively. The winglet modification processing time can be as low as 9 calendar days, which puts Finnair Technical Services in a class of its own in the world.
