Base Maintenance

Whether you operate the MD11, the A320 family, B757 or E170/190, we perform heavy checks to exacting standards according to your program. We provide competitive maintenance services to our customers, which respond flexibility in respect of technical and functional quality as well as price.

Four state-of-the-art maintenance hangars are in use at Helsinki-Vantaa airport for aircraft heavy maintenance and our customers also benefit from the services of our back shops and engineering department, located in the same area. Our turn-around-times are among the shortest in the industry.

Being a subsidiary of a major airline operator gives us a greater understanding of the maintenance needs of other operators. By performing around 90% of the maintenance work required for Finnair fleet, we also know how to respond to airline operator’s needs.

We also perform extensive modifications such as cabin reconfigurations, avionics upgrades and B757 winglet installations.

Our heavy maintenance shop performs complete strip and paint job on all aircraft types within our capability. Stripping and painting can be performed during the heavy maintenance in the same hangar allowing very competitive turn-around-times for heavy checks.
