Finnair AOG Desk and Customer Support

Finnair Technical Services is always putting customer focus as a priority number one and therefore each Full Component Support customer will have a dedicated customer support person. This single-point-of-contact person will manage all day-to-day matters. 

In AOG situations Finnair AOG Desk is ready to serve our customers 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Please find contact information on the left side of this page.

In order to enable full transparency to our service we have launched a brand new internet portal. The portal is fully customizable and it gives customer up-to-date information about the repair process as well as shipping details and shop reports. The same integrated portal is available to our Full Component Support customers and they can even place their component request via the system – without need to stumble with paper forms or emails. We have also successfully integrated the system with customers’ operative IT system to minimize needed manual work and to even more increase the productivity.
